Plastika opens a laboratory for painted parts testing

The lab will enable durability testing of painted parts.
New laboratory
Parallel to improving its other services, Plastika opened a laboratory specialised in painted parts testing, making us less dependent on outsourced testing services. Our testing equipment has been designed particularly with high automotive industry standards in mind.
New painting testing equipment
Our new equipment enables testing durability of painted products by high-density climate test, high temperatures test (60 °C/48 hours), hot water test, abrasion test etc.
Aside of the painted parts testing, we are fully equipped for injected parts measuring. Our equipment includes 3D optical measuring system EXCEL 4520, CNC portal 3D measuring device WENZEL LH 65, colour box, spectrophotometer etc.
