The manufacturing of keyboards is a significant part of our production. It includes the injection of plastic parts, assembly, testing, laser printing, tampo printing and packing.

Technology

The keyboard parts are injection moulded by using an injection force of 3,000 - 3,500 kNs. The injection moulding for keyboards is done in a special area equipped with manipulators, which complete the keys after their injection. The materials used are Acrylonitril-butadien-styrene, Polybutylenterephtalate and polystyrene.

After that, manual assembly of the keyboards is next, together with complete electronic testing. Subsequently the keyboards are laser printed, which assures their resistance to excessive wear. The completed keyboards are then sealed in a welded foil.
