Merger of the companies
On 25/05/2010 the General Meeting of PLASTIKA a.s. approved the project of merger by fusion. As a result of the merger, the company PLASTIKA a.s., (Company Identification No.: 263 03 043, with its registered office in Kroměříž, Kaplanova No. 2830, house No. 4, incorporated into the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, File No. 3798) ceased to exist without liquidation, and its assets, rights and liabilities have merged into the successor company Plastika Group a.s., (Company Identification No. 27448550, with its registered office at Prague 6, Dejvice, Na Šťáhlavce 1555/2, incorporated into the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File No. 10716); the successor company took over the business name of the dissolved company and changed its registered office.
As of 01/07/2010, the change will be incorporated into the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File No. 10716.
