The Reconstruction of Injection Moulding Shop Is Finished

Successful Completion of Reconstruction

In July 2012, the joint-stck company PLASTIKA completed an extensive reconstruction of the injection moulding shop. The most important part of the investment, reconstruction of crane track, was realized in October 2012. A part of the crane track is also a new crab crane with lifting capacity 3,2 tons that operates 8 injection moulding machines.

Thanks to the new crab crane, we made economies on handling area, we simplified the tool handling and based on that we improved work safety.

Not only the crane track

There is a need to highlight the complete relaying of bearing floor, new distributions of electricity, water and heating and new allocation of workplaces in relation to new workstations layout and preparation of raw material drying areas.
